"REJUVENATION OF THE LOST GLORY OF ABA CITY "-Abia Online

 It is no gainsaying the fact that the hand of clock is changing fast for development in Abia State with the like of Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu as the State's governor.

 Today many jinx are being broken. So many abandoned assets and structures in Abia that have been rotting away has been given a new lease of life. With the strategic lactation of Aba and it's commercial potentials, it will be out of place for this commercial haven to be without a befitting renowned hotel to suit the quest of intending investors and recreation center for luxury away from toils.

Thanks to God for the leadership ingenuity and the foresight of the Governor for his decision to rebuild and remodel the Enyimba Hotel, a five Star Hotel built simultaneously with Imo concord Hotel by Sam Mbakwe. Whilst the Imo concord Hotel has continued to run, it's twin project was abandoned to rotten in Abia State. Hence the decision of the State to partner with Swizz International Hotel Limited to revamp the Hotel and resort. Speaking during an event slated to unfold the new structure of the Hotel, Governor Ikpeazu maintained that when completed, the Hotel will help in the employment of the teeming populace.

 The Governor reiterated that the hotel will be a catalyst to driving the IGR of the State and promised to strengthen the already established synergy between the State and Swizz International Hotel to ensure the completion of the project on time too. The Governor commended the Aba Chamber of commercial for their choice of no less investor than Swizz International Hotel to carry out this project.

 Speaking during the event, the chairman, Aba Chamber of commerce Nze Marculey Nwankwo stated that the hotel which a total of 14.28 archers of land with a registration number RC 28277 was built in 1982 by Sam Mbakwe. Mr. Marculey Nwankwo stated that the renovation of the five star Hotel is a milestone in Dr. Ikpeazu's administration and commended the leadership and the fighting spirit of Aba Chamber of commerce towards achieving this feat.
